Everything worth reading before you buy
The evidence, the objections, and the awkward questions — gathered rather than scattered across a footer.

Where to start, depending on where you are

If you are early and still working out whether this is worth your time, start with the case studies. They are the longest thing here and the only material where you can judge our work rather than our claims about it — each one includes the technical decisions, the problems hit during the build, and what we would do differently.
If you have decided something needs to change and are comparing options, the switching guide is the practical one. It covers what imports from your old POS, what does not, and how to cut over without closing — including the case for waiting.
If you are further along and the blockers are procurement rather than product, go to the trust centre and the integrations list. The security page states plainly what we do not hold — no SOC 2, no ISO 27001, no BAAs, no third-party penetration test — because those are the questions that stall a purchase in week six, and finding out then is worse for both of us than finding out now.
And if you have a specific question, the FAQ is thirty-plus answers including the awkward ones. If it is not there, the fastest path is asking a person: one business day by email, or immediately by phone — that line is staffed 24/7.
Read enough?
Twenty minutes with someone who builds it beats another page of ours.
